A simple non-field RPG: Escape the Cursed Forest.

Prologue: You're the village's best hunter, drawn to a national hunting tournament near the royal capital. After your first night camping, you awaken to find the campsite deserted, littered with the remnants of numerous hunters. National guards usually oversee the tournament; their absence is unsettling. Your attempts to return to the starting point fail; you're inexplicably lost, despite your confident sense of direction. This strange predicament marks the beginning of your ordeal.

The Elven Curse: Aided by Foria, a peculiar quarter-elf, you must escape the cursed forest. Gameplay is streamlined, using a maximum of three buttons (excluding the base menu).

Character Creation: While character customization is limited, you can freely reroll stats. Stat increases upon leveling are only visible on this screen; this information is unavailable during gameplay. Losing all life force results in character death; you need at least two talismans to prevent this.

Foria, the Peddler Quarter-Elf: A seemingly young quarter-elf encountered in the forest. Despite his childlike appearance, he claims seniority and secretly aids your escape using the forest's ancient spirits.

Game World & Narrative: The prologue unfolds like a visual story, with Foria's dialogue presented in a cheerful tone. The game's world is depicted through understated, evocative language.

Exploration Mode: Progress through the forest by exploring unexplored areas. Exploration success is determined by "fog depth" and your character's stats. Use poison and rare talismans to restore vitality when necessary.

Beast Encounters & Hunter Battles: Fierce creatures, ranging from wolves to surprisingly aggressive frogs and rabbits, inhabit the forest. Defeating them yields hides for trading with Foria. Unlike typical RPGs, combat is not essential for leveling up. Battles are avoidable, though it requires luck or skillful play. As a hunter, you use a bow and arrow. Maintaining distance allows for safe attacks, while closing the gap risks a one-sided assault. Options include withdrawing to regain distance or using a flash ball provided by Foria for guaranteed escape.

Cloak & Layering System: Craft cloaks from gathered materials (branches, resin, leather) to enhance your abilities. Up to three layers can be worn, with abilities increasing cumulatively. Cloaks can even restore vitality, but they can also tear and become unusable. The bow and arrow remain your only weapon.

Game Features: This is a game about the experience of playing. It features: random skill selection, challenges of reflexes and strategy, item collection and crafting, and the satisfaction of preparation before each stage. It's also relaxing and allows for progress even with casual play.

Auto-Save: The game auto-saves, but not during battles. For reliable saving, close the app from the base menu.
