The incident, which occurred on January 3rd, saw a significant number of players unfairly banned. Calls for universal character bans

Separately, Marvel Rivals players are calling for the implementation of character bans across all ranks. Currently, this feature is only available in Diamond rank and above. Many players, particularly those in lower ranks, feel that the absence of character bans creates an uneven playing field, limiting strategic diversity and making matches less enjoyable.

NetEase has yet to publicly respond to this feedback.
