Super Skrull effectively counters Victoria Hand. Many players utilize Doctor Doom 2099 decks, which Skrull synergizes with, making him a strong tech card against both Victoria Hand and Doom 2099 lineups.
Shadow King and Enchantress also provide strong counters. Shadow King removes Victoria Hand's buffs from a single lane, while Enchantress eliminates all Ongoing effects. Valkyrie, strategically played in a key enemy lane, can disrupt their power distribution.
Victoria Hand is a valuable card. Whether obtained through the Spotlight Cache or purchased with Tokens, she offers a strong return on investment. While somewhat reliant on RNG, her permanent buffs facilitate consistent deck building. Her adaptability to card-generation and discard archetypes makes her a worthwhile addition for many players.
