Passengers must show their electronic ticket on their phone to the driver or fare inspection personnel upon request to verify payment.

Your electronic ticket remains valid until you reach the final stop and can be found in the "Valid Tickets" section. Past trips and tickets are available for review in the "Travel Details" section.

Reasons why a payment from your phone balance might fail:

- The mobile number is a corporate line;

- An outstanding credit (trust payment) has not been settled;

- The account balance has not been topped up since the number was activated;

- The initial account balance has not been used;

- The SIM card was replaced within 24 hours before the payment attempt.

Passengers can open a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-service registration is available for standard and school virtual cards. For other concessionary cards, please visit the company office with the required supporting documents.

You can top up your virtual transport card by its number directly within this app or through other applications like Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (Homebank), and others.

System permissions used by the app:

1) Camera - for scanning QR codes and operating the QR scan function.

2) Location - to correctly display the city map, automatically detect your bus for easy fare payment (by matching passenger and bus GPS locations to determine the bus code), and to plot routes from your current location to any destination. You can select points on the map or enter text addresses. The route planning algorithm includes transfer information.
