How to Play:
- Craft furniture cats adore.
- Use the fishing rod to collect fish.
- Turn off your screen; the cats will visit while you're away.
- Cats appear!
- Tap the tree to collect wood and build furniture.
- Go fishing to replenish your fish supply. Cats consume fish during their visits.
- Acquire items through fishing or cat gifts. Use these to upgrade.
- Swipe from the right screen edge to access the Archive.
- Complete your Archive to get a Special Album.
- Use your Furniture Collection if you run out of wood!
- Craft secret furniture (Gold?) to unlock a new area!
Cloud Save:
Data is saved to the cloud, not a server. Link your game to Google Play Games to protect your progress.
Permissions:
File access and camera permissions are used to save Special Album images to your device's photo album.
FAQ:
- Q: Ads show, but I don't get rewards. A: Go to settings, and enter "safemode0" in the "Enter Code" section.
- Q: Ads don't appear (Ads not ready). A: Check the 'CS-FAQ' in the settings (top right).
- Q: I've finished the Profile Archive, but still get Shards! A: There are extra Shards (around 20). If you have more than 20, find the secret furniture (Gold?!) and use the Shards to craft it!
Troubleshooting:
- Linking to Google Play Games: The game might not launch if you haven't accepted all permissions. Restart your device and the game, then accept the terms of service. Permissions are only used for saving/loading game data.
- Unexpected crashes: Clear cache: Settings → Apps → Secret Cat Forest → Storage → Clear cache (or delete temporary files). DO NOT tap "Delete Data" (Clear Data).
- IMPORTANT: Ensure your device time is set automatically. Manually changing the time can cause bugs.
