Royal Petrol Gas Station Loyalty Program

The company Royal Petrol LLP owns and operates fuel station networks under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.

Program - A loyalty program for regular and new customers of the Royal Petrol station network and Continent mini-markets. The Company incentivizes Members for qualified purchases by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), special discounts, and personalized offers based on participant interests.

Rules - These terms and conditions governing the loyalty program for its members.

Participant - An individual, aged 14 or older and legally permitted to perform routine household transactions, who is registered in the Program according to these Rules. Participation is open to individuals possessing a valid Individual Identification Number issued under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Questionnaire - Information provided by an individual upon Program registration in the manner specified by the Rules. By submitting the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily and expressly consents to the Company processing their personal data (as per the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection"). Processing methods include, but are not limited to, organizing advertising and informational mailings via email, messengers, SMS, phone, and postal mail, as well as automated data processing and database creation. This consent remains effective until withdrawn in writing by the Participant.

Virtual Card - A digital Card generated within the Mobile Application, with no physical form.

Site - The Company's official website at https://www.royal-petrol.kz, containing information about the Program.

Mobile application – The "Royal Petrol" software designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices on iOS and Android platforms. The Company owns this Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) - Virtual units awarded by the Company for qualifying Participant purchases at Royal Petrol stations, as defined by the Program. Each Bonus point is equivalent to 1 (one) tenge. Bonuses can only be redeemed for purchases within the Royal Petrol station network.

Program Participant Bonus Account - A record within the Program Database containing registration details and data on accrued/used Bonuses and the Participant's current balance.
