Performing a "Storage Reset" typically resolves this issue. Please try this solution.

Please note this will erase your posted parking lot history. This action cannot be undone.

【Procedure】

1. Open "Settings"

2. Select "Apps & Notifications"

3. Tap "PP Park!" from the application list

4. Access "Storage & Cache"

5. Select "Clear Storage"

This compatibility issue stems from Android 11, and Google is reportedly aware of the problem.

While we expect Google and device manufacturers to release fix updates, similar issues continue to be reported worldwide.
