A Free SVG Painting Application: PainterSVG

PainterSVG is a free, W3C-standard Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) editor. Unlike bitmap images, SVGs use shapes, not pixels, ensuring no loss of detail when scaling. This application offers a range of features for creating and manipulating SVG images:

• Shape Creation and Editing: Easily create and modify lines, circles, rectangles, and other basic shapes.
• Path Editing: Design and edit paths using straight lines, cubic Bézier curves, and quadratic Bézier curves. Intuitive drag-and-drop controls allow for precise adjustments.
• Styling: Effortlessly define stroke and fill properties for all shapes and paths. Choose from single colors, linear gradients, or radial gradients.
• Element Manipulation: Simple selection, deselection, movement, resizing, and rotation tools are provided.
• Zoom: Easily zoom in and out for detailed work.
• Grouping: Group and ungroup elements for efficient organization.
• File Handling: Import and export SVG files, as well as export to PNG (transparent background) or JPG (white background) formats.
