De Game Awards 2024, geholpen door Geoff Keighley, heeft zijn genomineerden onthuld in 19 prestigieuze categorieën, met als hoogtepunt de felbegeerde Game of the Year (GOTY) Award. GOTY 2024: Een strakke race

De GOTY -race is bijzonder intens, met een mix van gevestigde franchises en opwindende nieuwkomers. Final Fantasy VII -wedergeboorte leidt met meerdere nominaties, terwijl Astro Bot, Balatro, Black Myth: Wukong, Metaphor: Refantazio en Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree een diverse en dwingende selectie afronden.
