Konami's Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection: A Blast from the Past on Switch and Steam

Konami is celebrating Yu-Gi-Oh!'s 25th anniversary with the upcoming release of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection for Nintendo Switch and Steam! This nostalgic package will feature a selection of classic Game Boy titles, offering fans a chance to revisit their favorite duels.

The initial lineup includes:

• Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters
• Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters II: Dark Duel Stories
• Yu-Gi-Oh! Dark Duel Stories
• Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 4: Battle of Great Duelist
• Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters 6: Expert 2

While these games originally lacked features common in modern titles, Konami is enhancing the experience. The Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection will include online battles, save/load functionality, and online co-op where applicable. Expect quality-of-life improvements, customizable button layouts, and background settings to round out the package. Konami plans to add five more classic titles to the collection, bringing the total to ten.
