While World of Warcraft's 20th Anniversary event has concluded, exciting activities continue! The Turbulent Timeways event, previously featured during Dragonflight, returns, offering unique rewards for dedicated players. This extended Timewalking event provides a significant leveling opportunity.

Turbulent Timeways Event Details

Unlike typical weekly Timewalking events, Turbulent Timeways features five consecutive weeks of Timewalking dungeons (January 1st to February 25th), each highlighting different expansion content. The schedule is:

• Week 1: Mists of Pandaria (January 7th-14th)
• Week 2: Warlords of Draenor (January 14th-21st)
• Week 3: Legion (January 21st-28th)
• Week 4: Classic (January 28th-February 4th)
• Week 5: The Burning Crusade (February 4th-11th)
• Week 6: Wrath of the Lich King (February 11th-18th)
• Week 7: Cataclysm (February 18th-25th)

Completing a Timewalking dungeon awards a "Knowledge of Timeways" buff (two-hour duration, persists through death), granting a 5% experience bonus. Four stacks upgrade to "Mastery of Timeways" (three-hour duration, persists through death), boosting experience gains by 30%. Completing another dungeon refreshes the buff timer. Maintaining four stacks of Knowledge of Timeways is crucial to obtaining Mastery of Timeways. Avoid extended AFK periods to prevent buff expiration.

Turbulent Timeways Rewards

Beyond the leveling advantages, Turbulent Timeways offers valuable rewards. The Sandy Shalewing mount, a returning reward from the Dragonflight event, is available from Timewalking vendors for 5,000 Timewarped Badges.

Additionally, a new mount, the Timely Buzzbee, awaits players who achieve the Mastery of Timeways buff during five of the seven event weeks.
