War Thunder Prepares to Soar with Firebirds Aircraft Expansion

Gaijin Entertainment's War Thunder is about to receive a fiery update! The "Firebirds" update, arriving in early November, boasts a thrilling array of new aircraft, ground vehicles, and warships.

New Aircraft Taking Flight:

This update introduces iconic aircraft, including the stealthy American F-117A Nighthawk, the powerful Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber, and the formidable F-15E Strike Eagle.

The F-117A Nighthawk, a first for War Thunder, utilizes cutting-edge stealth technology. Its unique design, incorporating hard edges, radar-absorbing materials, and shielded engines, minimizes radar and infrared detection. Its real-world performance during Operation Desert Storm, completing over 1,200 sorties without loss, speaks volumes.

The F-15E Strike Eagle offers unmatched firepower. An enhanced version of the classic F-15, it boasts a 50% larger payload capacity and a ground target detection radar. Its arsenal includes AGM-65 Maverick missiles, laser-guided bombs, JDAMs, and even the GBU-39 satellite-guided bombs (20 at a time!).

Beyond the Skies:

The "Firebirds" update extends beyond aircraft. New ground vehicles include the British FV107 Scimitar light tank, while naval forces are reinforced with the French battleship Dunkerque.

Aces High Season Continues:

The current Aces High season offers additional rewards. Complete the season and Battle Pass to unlock unique vehicles, trophies, and other prizes, ranging from aircraft like the Bf 109 G-14, F2G-1, and La-11 to powerful tanks such as the T54E2 and G6, and ships including the HMS Orion and USS Billfish.
