Clash Royale has finally revealed a highly anticipated upgrade for the Inferno Dragon. After soaring battlefields for nearly a decade without an Evolution form, this legendary fiery creature receives a powerful new variant. To celebrate the announcement, Supercell partnered with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a unique reveal campaign.

A Fiery Negotiation Unfolds

Nearly a decade after its debut, the Inferno Dragon takes center stage in a brand new Clash Royale trailer featuring Ismo Leikola as the dragon's eccentric Hollywood agent pushing for stardom.

The trailer shows the playful dragon ditching its Clash Royale duties to pursue Tinseltown dreams.

Viewers can catch the Inferno Dragon and Leikola's entertaining negotiation antics at Supercell's Clash Royale headquarters.

The Inferno Dragon's Evolution introduces transformative battlefield mechanics. Unlike the original version that reset damage when switching targets, the evolved version maintains its escalating damage output across targets for greater strategic impact.

New Season Ignites With Inferno Dragon Evolution

Dubbed "How to Evolve Your Dragon!", the new season introduces both the Inferno Dragon Evolution and returns the popular 2v2 League. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ranks.

Milestone Events starting from Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.

Crown Chase #1 delivers a Battle Banner with decorative frame along with an Epic Book of Cards, while Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

Special Events and Game Modes

To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have prepared an exciting lineup of game modes and challenges throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge from June 6-9 offering exclusive Battle Banners and Emotes.

Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allows up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio (June 16-23) tightens the format, followed by 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30). The season culminates with Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) letting players include up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
