Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl boasts a range of armor suits enhancing player survivability within The Zone's hazardous environment. The SEVA-V suit, a standout among the SEVA series, is obtainable early in the game at no cost. Its superior PSI protection makes it a highly valuable asset. This guide details its acquisition.
The SEVA-V suit is located at the Scientist Helicopter point of interest (POI) in Stalker 2's Rostok region. This POI is southwest of the Rostok base, in a large field featuring a crashed helicopter amidst an Electro anomaly and a large, rusted crane. Reaching the suit atop the crane requires some climbing.
Upon entering the Scientist Helicopter POI, you'll see a crashed helicopter (right) within an Electro anomaly and a ladder ascending the rusted crane (left). Before climbing, use an artifact detector to acquire an Electro-type artifact from the anomalous field near the helicopter. This will aid in navigating the area.
Ascend the crane using the ladder. Once at the top, proceed right across the crane to the operator's cabin on the left.
Inside the operator's cabin, find a bag containing valuable supplies and the SEVA-V armor. Carefully return down the crane.
The SEVA-V suit can be upgraded by Screw, the technician at the Rostok base. It supports four artifact slots and provides excellent radiation protection along with respectable PSI protection. If you possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit can yield a significant amount of in-game currency.
