Last year's highly anticipated Dynamax and Gigantamax update has steadily expanded, and now Gigantamax Kingler joins the roster. Gigantamax, a powerful Dynamax form, not only increases a Pokémon's size and strength but also alters its appearance and grants unique G-Max Moves. While the main series games feature many Gigantamax Pokémon, Pokémon GO's selection has been more limited. This exciting addition marks a significant expansion to the available Gigantamax Pokémon in the game.

Gigantamax Kingler will debut in Pokémon GO's Max Battle Day event on February 1st, from 2 PM to 5 PM local time. This Water-type Pokémon will be available for the first time in six-star Max Battles, offering trainers the chance to encounter a shiny version. To enhance their battle performance, players can utilize Max Mushrooms, temporary items that increase damage dealt by Dynamax and Gigantamax Pokémon in Max Battles.
