Gigantamax Kingler Max Battle Day: A Pokémon GO Event Guide

Event Start Date & Time:

The Gigantamax Kingler event begins Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM local time. Gigantamax Kingler will appear in six-star Max Battles, with a chance to encounter a Shiny variant.

Event Bonuses:

Several bonuses boost your progress during the event:

• During the event (2 PM - 5 PM):
  • Increased Max Particle collection limit (1,600)
  • All Power Spots host Gigantamax Battles
  • More frequent Power Spot refreshes
  • 8x Max Particles from Power Spots
• From 12 AM to 5 PM:
  • 2x Max Particles from exploring
  • Reduced adventuring distance (1/4) for Max Particles (requires collecting all nearby Max Particles beforehand)

Remember to check your Nearby menu regularly for Max Particles.

Event Exclusives & Tickets:

A $5 (or equivalent) Timed Research is available during the event (2 PM - 5 PM), offering:

• 1 Max Mushroom
• 25,000 XP
• Additional bonuses: 2x XP from Max Battles and increased Max Particle collection limit (5,600)

Tickets can be gifted to Great Friends or higher, but are only available until 4 PM local time and are non-refundable.
