The Outlaw Keycard's progress is tracked within the Quests section. Completing Community Quests increases the Keycard's rarity tier, unlocking new benefits with each upgrade. While the full picture is still unfolding, here's what we know so far:
Completing the initial Community Quest unlocks the Outlaw Keycard at Common rarity, granting access to Black Market back rooms. These rooms offer a wider selection of high-value items, including Mythic and potentially Exotic weapons and gear.
After finishing one Quest, the Keycard upgrades to Uncommon rarity, further enhancing the Black Market back rooms' offerings.
Completing five Quests upgrades the Keycard to Rare, adding Outlaw Chests to Black Markets. These chests contain even more valuable loot.
Reaching ten completed Quests unlocks the Epic Outlaw Keycard, enabling players to purchase loadouts directly from NPCs.
The final upgrade, achieved after completing twenty Quests, makes the Keycard Legendary. Outlaw Chests now guarantee a Legendary item and a Dill Bit upon opening.
