Get ready, basketball fans! The highly anticipated successor to *Blue Lock Rivals*, *Basketball Rivals*, is finally arriving. Based on the popular *Kuroko's Basketball* anime and manga, this new game from Chrollo is bringing the heat with a thrilling trailer, confirmed release date, and exciting public playtests. Here's everything you need to know about the *Basketball Rivals* release date.
*Basketball Rivals* officially launches on March 14, 2025, at 5 PM EST. The long-awaited trailer is finally here (see below!), and we highly recommend checking out the official event page for the latest updates and any potential last-minute schedule changes.
The trailer is electrifying! It showcases some of the game's signature styles, including Aomine Daiki's incredible dribbling and scoring prowess, and Shintaro Midorima's legendary full-court shots. While testers are already familiar with these abilities, this is a perfect opportunity for newcomers to get a glimpse of the exciting skills they can unlock.
Keep an eye on the official *Basketball Rivals* game page and Discord server for announcements about the prerelease public playtest. Chrollo has a unique plan: the game will open for 30-minute public playtest sessions each time the Release Event page hits 20,000 interested players (20k, 40k, 60k, and so on). Don't miss your chance to jump in before launch! However, we don't recommend purchasing anything with Robux during the playtest, as purchases won't carry over to the official launch.
Currently, there's no official *Basketball Rivals* Trello board. However, Chrollo has confirmed that one will be launched after the game's release. This Trello board will detail the customization options and the various characters from *Kuroko's Basketball*, following a similar style to *Blue Lock Rivals*.
That's everything you need to know about the *Basketball Rivals* release date! In the meantime, check out our *Basketball Rivals* codes to get ready for the game!
