Disney Dreamlight Valley's Lucky Dragon update has arrived, bringing Mulan and Mushu to the Valley as charming new residents! This highly anticipated June 26th update not only introduces a fresh Realm but also significantly enhances the decorating system. A new in-game event, inspired by the theatrical release of Inside Out 2, kicks off simultaneously, alongside the Majesty and Magnolias Star Path, offering exclusive rewards like stylish hairstyles and outfits.
The update follows the successful Dreamlight Parks Fest (May 15th - June 5th), which provided players with unique event recipes and Disney Parks-themed furniture. Players collected Buttons to craft themed items like Popcorn Buckets. A Pride Month celebration also featured colorful additions, including Balloon Arches and Ear Headbands.
The Lucky Dragon update unlocks a new Realm, allowing players to participate in Mushu's training regimen to awaken Mulan. Once awakened, Mulan challenges players' skills, and after building them homes, players can invite both Mulan and Mushu to the Valley to embark on their companion quests. Mushu requires assistance building his Dragon Temple, while Mulan focuses on establishing her Tea Stall, offering new recipe ingredients. The Majesty and Magnolias Star Path provides Mulan-themed unlockables, including decorations and attire.
Beyond new characters and a Realm, the Lucky Dragon update introduces the Island Getaway House Bundle to the Premium Shop, featuring Lilo and Stitch-inspired décor for a tropical paradise makeover. Stitch even sports a new Parks-inspired Sun and Surf look! Memory Mania, the Inside Out 2-inspired event, also launches June 26th, tasking players with collecting Riley's belongings to unlock emotion-themed animal companions.
Remy adds another layer to gameplay, requesting daily food deliveries for Valley residents. Successful completion rewards players with Wrought Iron, used to craft outdoor furniture for Chez Remy.
