Monster Hunter Now gears up for the New Year with limited-time quests and higher monster rates

Get ready for Monster Hunter Now's end-of-year festivities! Kicking off the celebrations is the annual Happy Hunting New Year event, starting December 23rd. This event brings year-end deals and exclusive rewards to help you ring in 2025 in style.

The fun doesn't stop there! Limited-time quests, available until December 31st, will reward you with Palisnow, redeemable for event-exclusive items such as a Lagombi Christmas Sweater layered equipment. You'll also have a chance to earn the Happy Hunting New Year 2025 Medal and a Final Hunt 2024 guild card background. Plus, increased encounter rates for powerful monsters like Gold Rathian, Black Diablos, and Coral Pukei-Pukei will allow you to collect Mysterious Driftstones and unlock armour skills like Critical Boost and Fire Attack.

The New Year celebrations continue into January! From January 1st to January 5th, Deviljho, Zinogre, and Rajang will have increased appearance rates, giving you a better chance to obtain the First Hunt 2025 guild card background.
