HoYoverse has unveiled details for Honkai: Star Rail's upcoming Version 2.4 update, titled "Finest Duel Under the Pristine Blue," launching July 31st. This update is packed with new content, including new characters, areas, and events. Let's explore what awaits!

Exploring New Frontiers in Xianzhou Luofu

Version 2.4 introduces "The Shackling Prison," a new area within Xianzhou Luofu, allowing players to delve into the workplaces of Xueyi and Hanya.

New Characters and Returning Favorites

Two new 5-star characters join the roster: Yunli (Destruction) and Jiaoqiu (Nihility). Popular characters Huohuo and Sparkle also make a triumphant return. Yunli and Huohuo arrive in Phase 1 (July 31st), alongside Lynx, Yukong, and Hanya. Phase 2 (August 21st) brings Jiaoqiu and Sparkle, joined by Arlan, Guinaifen, and Hook.

New Light Cones and Event Reruns

Two new 5-star Light Cones debut: Yunli's signature "Dance at Sunset" (Phase 1) and Jiaoqiu's signature "Those Many Springs" (Phase 2). Additionally, Huohuo's "Night of Fright" and Sparkle's "Earthly Escapade" Light Cones return.

Players can look forward to a new Trailblaze Continuance Mission, Yunli's Companion Mission, and the "Gift of Odyssey" check-in event rewarding 10 Special Star Rail Passes.

The "Saga of Primaveral Blade" event features training with March 7th, Yanqing, and Yunli, culminating in a duel against the IPC's Scott. Rewards include Stellar Jade, Self-Modeling Resin, a new chat box style, Tracks of Destiny, and March 7th's Eidolon.

"Garden of Plenty" and "Planar Fissure" events offer double drops for Golden and Crimson Calyx and Planar Ornaments.
