Honkai: Star Rail Leaks Reveal Screwllum Animations

Recent leaks have unveiled in-game animations for the highly anticipated Honkai: Star Rail character, Screwllum I (Screwllum). Since its April 2023 launch, Honkai: Star Rail's roster has expanded significantly with each update. Update 2.3 currently features Firefly and Ruan Mei (re-run), with Jade and Argenti slated for the second banner phase.

Screwllum, a mechanical lifeform and resistance leader against the Genius Society, was previously introduced in the main storyline. Known as Genius Society member #76, he resides on Planet Screwllum and fights to protect organic life and fellow mechanical beings. A leaker, fireflylover, shared animations seemingly from Screwllum's emotes or menu, though this data predates Version 2.0, so changes may have been implemented since.

Screwllum's Release and Abilities

Herta, another Genius Society member, has described Screwllum as possessing top-tier hacking skills, rivaling Silver Wolf. Many anticipate his combat animations will reflect these skills. Leaks suggest he'll be an Imaginary-type offensive character. His Skill will likely inflict multi-target Imaginary damage, scaling with ATK. His Ultimate is expected to reduce enemy Imaginary resistance and attack all enemies.

Currently, there's no confirmed release date. The recent Special Program didn't announce Screwllum, suggesting he won't be added soon. He's confirmed absent from updates 2.3 and 2.4, which will introduce Yunli (first banner) and Jiaoqiu (second banner).
