Honkai Impact's 7.8 Drops New Battlesuits, Events

HoYoVerse is making a big splash with back-to-back announcements! Following the preview of Honkai: Star Rail version 2.6, details about Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.8, titled "Planetary Rewind," have been revealed. Launching October 17th, it features new battlesuits, events, and a wealth of rewards.

Lone Planetfarer: Vita's New Battlesuit

Vita gets a stunning new MECH-type Lightning DMG battlesuit: Lone Planetfarer. Her design includes a striking ring-like Drive Core adorned with peacock feathers. She boasts two distinct forms: Lone Traveler, utilizing her feathered loop for elegant attacks, and Planet Quaker, unleashing powerful laser beams upon activating her Ultimate (ULT) ability. She also gains the Astral Ring Specialization: Rite of Oblivion. The Divine Key Waxing Moon and its PRI-ARM variant, Divine Key Waxing Moon: Incipience, will also be available.

Honkai Impact 3rd Version 7.8 Main Story: The First and Last War

The main story, "The First and Last War," transports players back a century to Langqiu during the Ten Shus War. Vita, Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie are central to the narrative. Expect rewards such as Crystals, Source Prisms, Seele's event stigma, and a brand-new outfit for Dreamweaver.

Returning favorites include HOHO Vacation Tickets, and Elysian Realm now permanently offers LITE Combat. A celebratory event starting October 11th provides free Equipment Supply Cards and Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupons upon login.
