The first Burning Firestone is obtained by:

• Reaching Tonatiuh.
• Completing the cutscene with Bona; the Little One will retrieve the first Burning Firestone.
• Following the Little One to the bridge.
• Activating the mechanism to raise the lift.
• Interacting with the small Saurian.
• Speaking with Bona.
• Completing another cutscene.

Burning Firestone Location 2

The second Burning Firestone is on the northeastern island. Follow these steps:

• Rotate the right and left floating island mechanisms.
• Cross the extended bridge eastward.
• Raise the lift.
• Follow the Little One to the second Burning Firestone.
• Collect a Common chest en route.
• Activate the mechanism to the right of the Firestone.
• Ascend the platforms to the upper level.
• Defeat the enemy.
• Collect an Exquisite chest.
• Activate the mechanism to open the gate.
• Descend to the small Saurian.
• Open the locked door.
• Tell the Little One, "Let's return to the altar!"
• Return to the Altar of Primal of Flame.

Burning Firestone Location 3

To obtain the third Burning Firestone:

• Rotate the right and northern floating island mechanisms.
• Cross the bridge to the lower level of the northern island.
• Follow the Little One.
• Observe the Secret Source Sentinel carrying the third Burning Firestone to the southwestern island.
• Proceed to the northwestern edge.
• Transform into a Qucusaurus.
• Fly towards the Pyroculus.
• Activate the mechanism within the tower.
• Transform into a Qucusaurus (again).
• Fly to the unlocked door.
• Activate the elevator to return to the upper level.
• Interact with the small Saurian and follow it.
• Activate the lift.
• Proceed to the Altar of Primal of Flame.

Burning Firestone Location 4

The final Burning Firestone is on the northwestern island's upper level:

• Cross the northwestern bridge.
• Request Bona's assistance to tilt the bridge upward.
• Glide to the northern island's upper level.
• Lower the lift.
• Follow the Little One.
• Instruct it to "Let's return to the altar!"
• Defeat the spawned enemy.
• Again, tell the Saurian to return to the Altar.
• Collect a Precious chest.
• Go to the Altar of Primal of Flame.

Offering all four Burning Firestones to the Altar completes The Flowing Primal Flame Quest. A cutscene will then show the Jade of Return transforming into a Golden Entreaty. The Dragon of the City of Flowing Ash appears, leading to the Nursery of Nightmares island to finish The Other Side of the Sky Quest and receive 50 Primogems.
