Forza Horizon 5 Drifts Onto PS5 in April

Forza Horizon 5 speeds onto PlayStation 5 on April 25th, with the Premium Edition granting early access. The standard edition launches April 29th. This confirmation, announced on the official website, also reveals a simultaneous update for all platforms.

The "Horizon Realms" update introduces four new cars and a revamped Horizon Stadium racetrack. It also brings back beloved environments chosen by the community from previous games.

As previously announced, the PS5 version will be feature-complete, mirroring the Xbox and PC versions. This includes all car packs and expansions like Hot Wheels and Rally Adventure.

Forza Horizon 5 joins Sea of Thieves and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny as Xbox exclusives making the jump to PlayStation. This trend reflects a growing industry conversation about the viability of exclusivity in the face of high development costs and potentially limited sales.
