The initial steps are straightforward: interact with SGT. Winter and Noir in Seaport City. However, the subsequent detective quest requires you to follow a trail, locating three specific objects. This trail leads to a mountain south of Brutal Boxcars, near Mariah Carey's location.

Dog Statue

The first clue is a dog statue, reminiscent of Snoop Dogg's Chapter 2 Remix mansion decorations, located atop a hill at the end of a wooden fence.

Microphone Stand

Next, find a microphone stand near a metal fence on the road at the mountain's base. It may blend in, but will glow when approached.

Turntable

Finally, locate the easily-spotted turntable next to a kiosk, just down the road from the microphone stand.
