After completing your high school career, you'll choose between college or going pro. While initially, your team is set, the dynamic nature of professional baseball means a trade is always possible. Previous *Road to the Show* iterations allowed players to initiate trade requests, but this option has been removed in *MLB The Show 25*.

Don't worry, there's a workaround! The key lies in the game's settings. Navigate to the Road to the Show sliders and locate the "Trade Frequency" setting. By sliding this all the way to the right, you significantly increase the likelihood of trades occurring within the mode, including your own potential move.

Remember, increasing trade frequency doesn't guarantee an immediate trade. Other teams must first show interest. Once your agent alerts you to potential trade buzz, offers will start to arrive. Carefully consider your options, as there's no guarantee of further opportunities. Once you accept a trade and are happy with your new team, remember to adjust the Trade Frequency slider back down to avoid constant trade requests.
