Celebrate Like a Dragon's 20th Anniversary with RGG Studio!

Ryu Ga Gotoku (RGG) Studio is inviting fans to participate in a special merchandise voting project to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Like a Dragon (LAD) series, culminating in December 2025.

Vote for Your Favorite Merchandise! (Until March 21, 2025)

From February 8th to March 21st, 2025, fans can vote daily for their preferred LAD in-game item to be transformed into real-world merchandise. A selection of 100 items is available, ranging from lingerie and incense to mahjong tiles, karaoke microphones, and even Kiryu's iconic dragon mask. The winning item will be produced and released within two years. A subsequent survey will determine the final design.

Anticipation Builds for the 20th Anniversary Celebration

RGG Studio initially teased the 20th-anniversary plans in a December 8th, 2024, Twitter (X) post. Director and Executive Producer Masayoshi Yokoyama expressed gratitude to fans and hinted at upcoming events and announcements.

The celebration kicks off with the release of Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii on February 20th, 2025. While details on further anniversary events remain scarce, the studio's 10th-anniversary celebrations, which included remakes of previous titles, suggest exciting possibilities.

Like A Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii PC Requirements

RGG Studio revealed the PC requirements on February 10th, 2025. The recommended graphics card is an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 or equivalent, making the game accessible to most PC gamers. Compatibility with PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam Deck is also confirmed. A story trailer showcasing Majima's high-seas adventures, narrated by Samoa Joe as Pirate King Raymond Law, is now available on YouTube.
