Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a toxic-gas-filled Kentucky BioTech facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. After the cutscene, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie transformation of the mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Locating the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room. A mannequin holds the Yellow card, but interacting with it summons an abomination and zombies. Before engaging, collect armor plates, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to eliminate the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility via another grapple point. Answer the ringing phone. Find four documents and place them in the file display area.

Mannequins will pursue; maintain distance by sprinting. Document locations: corner desk, left side near a round table, small central table, and cafe near a sink. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Acquiring the Blue Card

Grapple to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Find camera stands surrounding a glass chamber containing the Blue Card. Eliminate the Mimic that appears.

Shooting moving objects lures the Mimic. After defeating it, collect the Blue Card.

Securing the Red Card

Proceed to the East Wing, following red carpets to stairs. In the resulting room, interact with the console to reveal the Red Card, guarded by a Mangler. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, then swim through a red tunnel. Climb ladders, eliminate zombies, and unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code.

Activate the console, triggering a 25-second timer to turn drain switches. (Locations: initial room, unlocked room, and via grappling hook). After draining the water, pursue and defeat the Mangler and its horde for the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk system. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone and engage the final battle against the Disciple and numerous zombies. The subsequent cinematic reveals the events as a hallucination.
