Finding the Storm King

The Storm King won't appear until you've progressed through the Storm Chasers update's quests. This starts by talking to Kayden, who reveals the Storm Chaser base camp location. From there, you'll need to investigate a storm (located via purple vortexes across the map) to continue the questline.

The final quests involve defeating Raven and powering the Tempest Gateway. After helping the Storm Chasers, Raven's hideout will be revealed. This fight requires dodging dynamite and blocking attacks while using a crossbow.

Powering the Tempest Gateway requires at least 10 Eye of the Storm items. Some are earned by defeating Raven and upgrading the base camp; others are found in Storm Dungeons.

Defeating the Storm King
