Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition has a new name, and is set to release tomorrow

The highly anticipated Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition is set to launch on mobile devices tomorrow, December 18th, for iOS and, fingers crossed, Android as well. Announced earlier this year, this new iteration promises to bring a whole new level of excitement to the beloved franchise.

For those new to the series, Ark: Survival Evolved was a pioneering title in the open-world survival genre, introducing players to the thrilling concept of surviving alongside dinosaurs. The game asked a simple yet captivating question: "What if we added dinosaurs?" Now, with Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition, you'll find yourself stranded on a tropical island, battling not just the prehistoric creatures but also other players. Your journey will take you from primitive stone-age tools to wielding advanced futuristic weaponry and commanding your own trained dinosaurs, all in the fight to dominate this lush paradise.

But what sets Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition apart? It's not just the original Ark: Survival Evolved experience you're getting. You'll also have access to five expansive new content packs: Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, and Genesis Parts 1 & 2.
