Adin Ross Remains Committed to Kick Streaming Platform with "Bigger" Plans

Adin Ross has definitively ended speculation about his future, confirming his long-term commitment to the Kick streaming platform. Following a period of absence that fueled rumors of his departure, Ross's recent return and subsequent statements solidify his intention to remain on Kick "for good."

Ross, a prominent and often controversial streamer, initially joined Kick after a permanent ban from Twitch in 2023. His move, along with other high-profile creators like xQc, significantly contributed to Kick's rapid growth. While 2023 saw considerable success for Ross on the platform, his unexpected absence in 2024 sparked widespread speculation, including rumors of a rift with Kick CEO Ed Craven.

However, during a joint livestream with Craven on December 21, 2024, Ross dispelled these rumors, confirming his continued presence on Kick. This was further reinforced by a recent tweet reassuring fans of his return and long-term commitment. His return to streaming on the weekend of January 4, 2025, alongside Cuffem, Shaggy, and Konvy, marked the end of a 74-day hiatus.

Ambitious Future Plans on the Horizon

Ross's announcement also hinted at "something even bigger" in the works, fueling anticipation amongst his fanbase. Many speculate this relates to his Brand Risk boxing events, a project he intends to expand with Kick's support. Given previous legal challenges with Misfits Boxing earlier in 2024, the success of future Brand Risk ventures will be closely watched.

Ross's decision to stay with Kick is a significant boost for both the streamer and the platform. Kick, co-founded by Bijan Tehrani, has aggressively pursued growth, aiming to either surpass or acquire Twitch. While ambitious, this goal appears increasingly attainable given Kick's current momentum and strategic acquisitions of top-tier talent.
