The FlySmart app allows you to quickly file complaints* regarding flight-related issues, including service problems, non-compliance, or violations. You can add photos and documents directly to your report. Track your complaint's progress in real-time via the Case History feature and receive updates.
Stay informed with real-time travel alerts, breaking news, and important travel updates delivered directly to your app. Access additional information through convenient links to the FlySmart website and Facebook page.*
