"Zenless Zone Zero 1.7 'Bury Your Tears' Launching Soon"

HoYoverse has officially announced the launch of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7, titled 'Bury Your Tears with the Past,' set to release on April 23rd. This update marks the culmination of Season 1, promising a thrilling conclusion to ongoing storylines and the introduction of new content.

What’s in Store in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7?

Version 1.7 will unravel the long-standing mystery of the Sacrifice crisis. Players, known as Proxies, will delve deeper into Vivian's complex past and finally uncover the truth about Hugo's fate after his dramatic fall into the Hollow. The tension between Mockingbird and TOPS escalates, prompting the Mayor to dispatch a special Void Hunter-rank investigator to manage the situation.

Joining Vivian, Proxies will venture into enemy territory to locate the Sacrifice Core. Vivian's confrontation with figures from her past will bring closure to her story, while the Exaltists' conspiracy begins to unravel.

Here’s the Character Lineup

Two new S-Rank Agents from Mockingbird will join the fray. Vivian, an Ether Anomaly Agent, wields a parasol and rapier, excelling in dealing Corruption damage, especially when combined with other characters' EX Special Attacks. Hugo, an Ice Attack Agent, uses a suitcase that transforms into a scythe, and his Totalize effect increases damage against stunned enemies based on the remaining stun duration.

Robin, Mockingbird’s agile Bangboo partner, adds variety with her card-throwing abilities that produce random effects. Additionally, Physical Anomaly Agent Jane and Fire Stun Agent Lighter will have their banners rerun in Version 1.7.

New events are also on the horizon for Version 1.7. The 'Say It With Flowers' event allows players to manage a flower shop, fulfilling design requests and crafting floral arrangements. Completing these commissions unlocks a permanent floral arrangement mini-game in Quality Time mode, along with exclusive rewards.
