Initiated by user verdantsf, the campaign was born out of a desire to pay forward the kindness they once received during tough times. Verdantsf kicked off the effort by gifting five copies of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 to fellow users, and following an overwhelming response, they generously distributed another five copies. In total, verdantsf's contribution amounted to games valued at approximately $600.

Warhorse Studios, noticing the outpouring of support, stepped in by gifting verdantsf a collector’s edition of KCD2 and replenishing their stock to enable further giveaways.
