Clash Royale has finally introduced the highly anticipated Evolution upgrade for its Inferno Dragon. After nearly a decade without an evolved form, this legendary fiery creature receives a formidable power boost. To celebrate this milestone, Supercell partnered with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a creative reveal.

The Inferno Dragon's Evolution form dramatically improves its battlefield performance. While the original version reset damage when switching targets, the evolved variant maintains its escalating damage output for maximum impact.

Inferno Dragon Evolution Sparks Clash Royale's New Season

Dubbed How to Evolve Your Dragon!, the new season introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution and brings back the popular 2v2 League mode. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ladder.

Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer attractive rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive Cosmetics.

Crown Chase #1 awards a Battle Banner with frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.

To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have scheduled various Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6-9) offering a Battle Banner and Emote.

Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16) allows up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio follows (June 16-23), then 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30). Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) lets players use up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
