Among these treasures are fifty purple coins scattered throughout the kingdom. This guide will meticulously walk you through the locations of each set, ensuring you don't miss a single one.
Right behind the starting flagpole checkpoint, you'll spot three purple coins perched on the edge of the stage. It's a great starting point to kick off your coin collection.
Venture past the initial flagpole and keep an eye to the left of the white top hat. These are the ones you can hit with your hat to create platforms for Mario. Just beyond, you'll find a trio of purple coins. Using your camera to zoom in can help you spot them more easily.
Head east from the start, past the first Chain Chomp. You'll discover these purple coins resting on a lower ledge, waiting for you to claim them.
Underneath the bridge that connects the first section to the western area, dive in to find three purple coins submerged underwater.
Climb the pole south of the T-Rex and look behind some nearby rocks. Three more purple coins are hidden here, ready to be collected.
Navigate to the back and left of the abandoned Odyssey ship, where three purple coins await on a rock platform.
Ascend to the top of the platform southwest of the nearby checkpoint flag. Here, you'll find not three, but four purple coins—a nice little bonus.
In the area with the Chain Chomps near the T-Rex, sneak around to the left side of the mountain. You'll find some white platforming hats and three purple coins tucked away.
After smashing through the large wall near the T-Rex and Chain Chomps, you'll reach the Stone Bridge checkpoint. From the nearby sign, look to the right and up to spot three purple coins atop some distant platforms.
On the backside of the mountain, just before entering the pipe for the 2D minigame, you'll see a large stone platform with some coins waiting for you on top.
Before you venture up the pipe to the classic 2D sidescroller section, check behind some rocks to the left. There, you'll find some sneaky purple coins.
Wrap around the left side of the waterfall to find some white platforming hats and the hidden purple coins.
After defeating the bunny boss at the top of the Kingdom, revisit the area and head to the northwest corner. Here, you'll find three coins along with a Power Moon.
Explore the north side of the structure where the T-Rex is perched. Hidden in a small alcove, you'll find three purple coins waiting to be discovered.
Enter the door near the bridge covered with spiky monsters to access a secret challenge area. During a part with three columns of rising and falling platforms, look up and to the left to find a hidden area containing four purple coins.
For the final set of purple coins in Super Mario Odyssey's Cascade Kingdom, look underneath the waterfall. A secret cavern awaits, housing the last three purple coins.
