⚫︎ SHIFT UP, the developer of Stellar Blade, and figure maker JND Studios have opened pre-orders for 1/3 scale hyper-realistic figures of characters EVE and Tachy. The Dual version, priced at $3,599, sold out within minutes, while limited stock remains for the individual EVE figure at $2,199. These stunning statues are set to be released in Q3 2026.

⚫︎ JND Studios is set to produce officially licensed, hyper-realistic figurines of Stellar Blade's protagonist Eve and eighth boss Tachy. Announced in July 2024, the collaboration with Shift-Up was confirmed on April 8, 2025, with the figures expected to be released later this year.

⚫︎ During the latest State of Play, Shift Up announced that Stellar Blade will be coming to PC in June 2025. Additionally, the Goddess of Victory: Nikke DLC will be released in the same month, featuring a new boss battle, collectible dolls and stickers, and a new outfit.

⚫︎ Shift Up Studio celebrated the new year by rewarding each employee with a PlayStation 5 Pro console and a collective monetary bonus of ¥1,000,000 (approximately $32,000). This gesture follows the successful 2023 launch of Stellar Blade, their first console title on PlayStation 5, which received positive reviews, strong sales, and multiple nominations at The Game Awards.

⚫︎ In the PlayStation Blog's Game of the Year 2024 Awards, Stellar Blade's Eve won the Best New Character category. Eve outshone competitors such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s Jane Harrow, Dragon Age: The Veilguard’s Emmrich Volkarin, and Rise of the Rōnin’s Ryoma Sakamoto. Notable write-in mentions included Metaphor: ReFantazio’s Strohl, Final Fantasy XIV: Dawntrail’s Wuk Lamat, and Helldivers 2’s General Brasch.

⚫︎ On December 17, 2024, Stellar Blade will host a holiday event in Xion, featuring festive decorations in the city square and The Last Gulp gathering hall. The event includes new BGM tracks "Dawn (Winter)" and "Take Me Away," along with a holiday-themed mini-game offering rewards upon completion.

⚫︎ Shift Up released a patch to address issues from the Stellar Blade x Nier Automata update. The update, which added Nier Automata-themed cosmetics and a new Photo Mode, caused crashes and missing costumes. The hotfix improves Photo Mode stability and restores missing Nier Automata outfits.

⚫︎ Shift Up Studio’s technical director Donki Lee announced two major updates on November 11, 2024. The first was a free update (version 1.009.001) adding four new outfits, one accessory, expanded lip-sync support, and a new photo mode. The second update confirmed the launch of Stellar Blade’s first paid DLC, a crossover with NieR: Automata, developed collaboratively by Directors Kim Hyung Tae and Yoko Taro.

⚫︎ Despite high expectations, Stellar Blade did not make it to the finalists for Game of the Year at The Game Awards. The exclusion has sparked discussions on social media, especially with the nomination of Elden Ring's DLC. However, Stellar Blade received nominations in Best Action Game and Best Score and Music categories.
