Fans eager to dive into the first few episodes of Star Wars: Tales of the Underworld will need to jump into Fortnite to watch the series before its official release on Disney+. Epic Games unveiled its plans to enhance its Star Wars content today, announcing that the initial two episodes of this eagerly awaited animated spinoff will premiere exclusively within Fortnite. This move is part of the studio’s strategy to enrich its upcoming Galactic Battle season with Star Wars-themed experiences and rewards.

You can catch the premiere of Tales of the Underworld, featuring Asajj Ventress, on the Star Wars Watch Party island starting at 10 a.m. ET on May 2. This is two days ahead of its Disney+ debut. Epic is encouraging fans to link their Epic Games and MyDisney accounts, offering a First Order Stormtrooper outfit as an incentive. While the full scope of benefits from this account linkage remains undisclosed, Epic hints at "more benefits to come."

You'll have until May 11 to enjoy both episodes of Tales of the Underworld, after which the Star Wars Watch Party island will go offline. Additionally, the island will host a Battle Arena where players can engage in combat, wielding lightsabers against waves of enemies. Those who watch both episodes will be rewarded with an Asajj Ventress loading screen.
