In RAID: Shadow Legends, equipping your champions with the right gear is essential for optimizing their performance in all game modes. While it may seem straightforward, gearing is actually one of the game's most complex mechanics. With over 30 different artifact sets—and new ones constantly being added—selecting the perfect gear for each champion can be challenging. This guide breaks down artifacts and accessories in detail, explaining their types, ideal uses, and strategies to strengthen your champions. Have questions about guilds, gameplay, or our products? Artifacts and accessories are equipment pieces that enhance your champions' stats and abilities. Each champion can equip six artifacts and three accessories, with each slot serving a specific purpose:
Weapon: Increases Attack (ATK). Helmet: Boosts Health Points (HP). Shield: Enhances Defense (DEF). Gauntlets: Variable primary stats. Chestplate: Variable primary stats. Boots: Variable primary stats.
Ring: Provides flat HP, ATK, or DEF. Amulet: Offers Resistance or Critical Damage. Banner: Grants Accuracy, Resistance, or flat stats.
Artifact Sets can be mixed, allowing champions to equip combinations like three 2-Sets, a 4-Set and a 2-Set, or uneven numbers of Variable Sets while still earning set bonuses. These bonuses stack multiplicatively—for example, a single Life Set grants a 15% HP boost, while three sets increase HP by 45%.
Basic Artifact Sets enhance base stats like ATK, DEF, and HP. Advanced Artifact Sets modify skills (e.g., applying debuffs) or change champion behavior (e.g., gaining extra turns). Accessory Sets offer unique effects like preventing skill cooldowns or enabling counterattacks.
RAID: Shadow Legends can also be played on PC or laptop via BlueStacks, allowing for a larger display and keyboard/mouse controls.
