How to Get the Promo-A Cards
Part 1 and 2 offer "Bonus" and "Rare" Wonder Picks:

Bonus Wonder Picks: These free picks offer a chance at either Promo-A card (or their standard versions), plus Wonder Hourglasses or Event Shop Tickets. Data suggests a 20% chance of a Bonus Pick appearing with each Wonder Pick.

Rare Wonder Picks: Appear with a 2.5% chance, guaranteeing one of the Promo-A cards. The number of slots each card occupies is random (1-4), affecting your odds (25% - 80%).
