Pokémon Presents Event Scheduled for Next Week

The Pokémon Company has exciting news for fans: a Pokémon Presents event is scheduled to take place next week, in celebration of Pokémon Day. Announced via X/Twitter, the event is set for February 27, 2025, and will be available to stream live on the Pokémon YouTube channel at 6am Pacific / 9am Eastern / 2pm UK.

While the specifics of the event's content remain under wraps, anticipation is high among fans, particularly for any news regarding the next mainline Pokémon game, which has not yet been announced. The Pokémon Company has already unveiled a spin-off, Pokémon Legends: Z-A, slated for release in 2025, but details on the upcoming "generation" of Pokémon are still eagerly awaited.

These Pokémon Presents events are known for providing updates across the franchise's various ongoing titles, including Pokémon Unite, Pokémon Sleep, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon Masters EX. Fans can also expect to hear more about the recently launched Pokémon TCG Pocket, alongside updates on the traditional Pokémon Trading Card Game.
