Pikmin Bloom Earth Day Event Brings a Party Walk That Counts Flowers Instead of Steps

Today marks Earth Day, and Pikmin Bloom is celebrating in a unique way through its Party Walk event. This time, it's not about taking extra steps; it's about planting extra flowers. If you're a fan of Niantic's augmented reality, location-based game, you won't want to miss out on this special event.

When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?

The special Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk in Pikmin Bloom runs from April 22nd to April 30th. Instead of counting your steps as usual, you'll be tracking the number of flowers you plant. Every single bloom contributes to the global total, perfectly aligning with the Earth Day spirit. The event encourages more greenery and rewards your efforts in a fun and meaningful way.

During the event, the collective effort of planting flowers can unlock weather-themed Decor Pikmin through Huge Seedlings. Here's what's at stake: if the community plants a total of 500 million flowers, everyone participating in the event will receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin. If the total reaches 1 billion flowers, you'll unlock a Snow Decor Pikmin. And if players push the total to 1.5 billion, a Huge Seedling for a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin, specifically for White Pikmin, will be awarded.

But Keep This in Mind

To ensure your flowers count towards the goal, you must join the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk. Make sure you've updated the app to version 117 and signed up correctly. If you haven't yet, download the game from the Google Play Store.

To ease the flower planting mission, everyone participating will receive a promo code. Remember, all flower types contribute to the goal, so you don't need to worry about planting any specific kind. Just get out there and start blooming!
