The Mistral Lift is a Linear Fusion Rifle exclusive to Destiny 2's Dawning event. Acquire it from Eva Levante by trading one "Gift in Return" and 25 Dawning Spirits. Eva also offers Festive Engrams (one "Gift in Return" and 10 Dawning Spirits), which may contain the Mistral Lift.

"Gifts in Return" are earned by baking Dawning treats (like the Neomun-Cake) and gifting them to NPCs. Dawning Spirits are the event currency, obtained by completing daily Dawning quests and bounties from Eva. Repeat the process until you obtain your desired roll.
