MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls will offer its first playable demo at EVO 2025, held August 1-3 at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall. This eagerly awaited tag-team fighting game will be highlighted at the Arc System Works booth.
In a July 22 PlayStation.blog post, PlayStation XDEV Senior Producer Reed Baird outlined what players can expect from the public demo. Six characters—Captain America, Iron Man, Storm, Star-Lord, Ms. Marvel, and Doctor Doom—will be available, allowing players to form their own four-person dream team from the roster.
The demo also includes the New York City fighting stage, first revealed in the game’s initial trailer. Attendees who try the demo will receive an exclusive collectible pin.

At EVO 2025, Arc System Works and Marvel Games developers will host a Developer Combat Panel on August 1 at 8:00 PM PT on the Evo Showcase Stage. The panel will dive into the game’s core mechanics and gameplay features.
The event will be livestreamed on EVO Events’ official YouTube channel. Director Kazuto "Pachi" Sekine expressed gratitude for the enthusiastic fan response to the game’s reveal and encouraged viewers to watch the panel for deeper insights.
“I’m thrilled to connect with players and craft an incredible game together,” Sekine said. “We’re exploring innovative ideas to deliver a unique experience, and I’m eager to hear your feedback.”
