KOF ALLSTAR Shutting Down

The mobile beat 'em up ARPG, King of Fighters ALLSTAR, will be shutting down on October 30th, 2024. This announcement, made via Netmarble's official forums, comes as a surprise given the game's six-year run and numerous high-profile collaborations.

In-app purchases have already been disabled. The developer's statement suggests a contributing factor to the closure is the depletion of characters available for adaptation from the King of Fighters franchise, although this is likely not the sole reason.
