KLab Revives JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Game with Wanda Cinemas Partnership

KLab Inc. has shared exciting updates about its JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure mobile game. Initially announced in early 2020, KLab secured the distribution rights for this title and partnered with China-based Shengqu Games for development.

However, challenges with the original partner stalled progress. KLab recently issued a statement confirming the project’s revival, now collaborating with Beijing’s Wanda Cinemas Games.

Despite earlier setbacks, the game is back in development and targeting a global launch (excluding Japan) in 2026.

Wanda Cinemas Games brings expertise from popular mobile titles, including Hoolai Three Kingdoms, Calabash Brothers, Fortress Mobile, Saint Seiya: Legend of Justice, Tensura: King of Monsters, and The Legend of Qin.

This isn’t the first JoJo game. The series debuted in gaming with a 1993 Super Famicom RPG. Since then, Android hits like JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Shooters (2014), JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Records (2017), and JoJo’s Pitter Patter Pop! (2018) have gained popularity.
