Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 10 and Embers of the World Mini Set Launch Imminent

If you're a devoted follower of Hearthstone, Blizzard's hit World of Warcraft-themed card battler, you'll be thrilled to know that Battlegrounds Season 10: Second Nature is set to go live on April 29th. Additionally, the new Embers of the World Tree mini set will be available starting May 13th. Both updates promise to bring exciting new minions, card types, and other gameplay enhancements to mix up your matches.

The theme of the Embers of the World Tree mini set revolves around the Druids of the Flame attacking this ancient monument. Both they and the opposing Dream Defenders will receive new Imbue and Dark Gifts, with the Druids wielding Fire Magic to ignite your opponents! The highlight of this mini set is the introduction of Smouldering Cards. These new additions to the Hearthstone lineup gain strength the longer they're kept in your hand. However, be cautious not to hold onto them too long, as they'll eventually burn out and vanish. Strategic timing will be key to maximizing their potential.

Enter the Battleground

Moving on to Battlegrounds Season 10: Second Nature, Trinkets make a return with passive power-ups available on Turn 6 for lesser trinkets and Turn 9 for greater trinkets. You'll also have the opportunity to harness the power of the wilds with two new heroes: Cenarius and Buttons.

The season brings significant additions to the minion pool, with over 75 new and returning characters and Tavern spells. The Season 10 Battlegrounds Track also features a variety of new themed cosmetics for completionists to enjoy!
