Carmen Sandiego's Carnival Crisis Revamps FestiVILE

Carmen Sandiego is on the case, but she still makes time to celebrate. Gameloft's contemporary take on the international detective has introduced a new limited-time event to honor PRIDE Month with Carmen Sandiego.

The PRIDE event, called FestiVILE: Carnival Crisis, is now active in the game and runs until July 6th. You can dive into a vibrant new mission set in the heart of New Orleans.

What’s Happening in the Carmen Sandiego PRIDE Event?

This time, VILE has targeted the city's major PRIDE parade, stealing its prized floral float decorations right before the celebration kicks off. Carmen jumps into action, racing against time to outsmart VILE and rescue the festivities.

By participating and completing the mission, you can earn an exclusive Pride-themed outfit. Once the event concludes, this outfit will be locked away until the following year. See the new outfits below.

Meanwhile, the main story continues with Chapter 4 Part 1 – The Fallen Idol. In this episode, VILE's newest plot threatens the Great Sphinx of Giza, jeopardizing one of the world's most iconic monuments.

You'll follow clues through Toronto's Casa Loma and Kensington Market, then journey to the vibrant Johari Bazaar in Jaipur, teaming up with ACME to stop the operation before the Sphinx is destroyed.

FestiVILE: Carnival Crisis also includes several gameplay improvements. A new Auto Collect feature streamlines gathering facts, and helpful pop-up reminders keep you focused during the event.
