The first requirement is a hefty **40,000 Tesserae** to cover the cost of the expansion. Accumulating this amount will take time, so engage in various activities such as gathering resources, farming, completing quests, exploring the Mines, fishing, and contributing to the Museum.

Next, you'll need **50 x Refined Stone**, which involves repairing the **Stone Refinery**. This repair is contingent on reaching Town Rank 55 and completing the prerequisite task of repairing the Inn.
